“I’m free” seems to say this beautiful dog we shot during a family shoot at their home the other day! The whole shoot was done outdoors with the dog and family members having fun playing cricket, football, playing on swings and generally having a good time, and believe me, I did too!
One of the most satisfying things, personally, about my work is to meet new people and see the smiles on their faces when I deliver their pictures.
One of these occasions was last Saturday when I did a family shoot with some really nice people. As usual, I preferred to work in the comfort of their own home rather than in a studio, simply because usually, people are simply more comfortable in their homes rather than in a large studio. It then makes it much easier to capture people how they are in their daily lives rather than stuck in a pose.
we had a blast with the family’s daughter, her best friend and their family pet.
I think we captured the atmosphere quite well if I can say so myself!
